Corn Cakes

Ingredients: 1 cup cornmeal 1/3 cup flour  ½ tsp baking soda  salt and pepper 2 eggs ¾ cup milk 2+ cups corn Directions: Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg into milk. Fold together, then fold in corn. Heat olive oil in medium hot skillet, cook 3-4 minutes per side.
