Roasted Tomato and Garlic Butter


  • ½ pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 1 stick butter


Cut cherry tomatoes in half, arrange on rimmed sheet with whole garlic cloves.

Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Roast  (450 oven for 20 minutes).

Pulse in food processor with 1 stick of butter.
