Pam Clark

Event Coordinator, Executive Manager, Extra Hand, All-Around Errand Girl

PamHi, my name is Pam Clark and you will see me around the farm in all seasons. I live here with Jane and I am involved in just about every aspect of the farm by helping out in the fields and farm stand when needed and as the Dimond Hill Farm events coordinator. I find great joy in helping couples to plan their farm weddings and in working with groups to make use of the farm venue for parties and other functions.

While Jane’s passion is growing vegetables, my passion is growing people. In 1998, I founded Co-Creations of Pure Potential, a personal and organizational development service designed to help people and organizations reach their full potential through self-awareness and self-development. I provide personal coaching and run workshops, seminars, and courses of my own design at Dimond Hill Farm. I have a PhD in Educational Leadership and teach as an adjunct professor for Plymouth State University.

It’s fitting that my business is based at the farm because we’re all about healthy growth here … about preparing the way, planting the seeds, nourishing the potential, and supporting the development.

I’d love to talk to you more – both about what I do and about what I can do for you or your organization. I have helped individuals, school districts, and other organizations to rethink the patterns that hold them back and to embrace those that make it possible for them to experience sustained and meaningful growth.

So look me up when you’re at our farm this summer … and don’t forget to check out my flower gardens or take a walk in the labyrinth.
