Kale and Swiss Chard Salad


  • ½ pint cherry tomatoes
  • Raw chard or Kale
  • Whole garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Red onion
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Feta cheese


Dressing for Kale or Swiss Chard:

Cut cherry tomatoes in half, arrange on rimmed sheet with whole garlic cloves drizzle with olive oil. salt and  Roast (450 oven) for 20 minutes.

Combine tomatoes with olive oil, and  pickled red onions (red onion in rice vinegar and salt and pinch of sugar).

Garnish with feta cheese.
